The deal breaker

That would be my mom's killer cooking skills, particularly on the sweets department.
Anyone that's been following me for a while, knows how addicted I am to sweets and how hard I try to fight the urge to indulge in those enemies for about a zillion times a day. I know they are not good for my heart, my teeth nor my skin and the more I eat them the more addictive they get but what's hurting more is the terrible, terrible impact they have on my figure!
And one could tell I've been home for more than 2 months, under the "open fire" of the mentioned buddies, sort of speaking, as my beloved mamma loves to spoil us and our taste buds with numerous delicious courses and sweet treats. And her "chef-d'Ĺ“uvre" is the cheese pie that's blessing our house with a heavenly smell each and every Sunday, with no exception.
That is, my dear ones, a huge deal breaker and my excessive weight gain is the living proof, to my despair and disgust.
Bitching and moaning aside, I lack the will power and cannot possibly stay away from the divine pie and that's none of my mom's fault. And until I find the strength to say no to that second (or third or forth or whatever number) slice, I'm gonna go stuff my face again. For the umpteenth time today.

Have a wonderful Sunday, dear friends!
